18+ Age Restriction
Eidovara is restricted to users 18 years or older. This gate is enforced across all touchpoints: desktop UI, CLI, kernel integration, and web presence. The age restriction is a fundamental boundary of the source-available framework and cannot be removed without owner involvement.

Intellectual Property
Eidovara's qualifying original first-party material is identified as created and owned by Tyler Michael Bosworth and published under the intended business name Soul Consciousness Studios. Third-party software, services, models, marks, and media retain their respective ownership and licenses.
IP certification is provided in IP_CERTIFICATION.md with dated self-attestation of ownership and boundaries.
Trademarks
Eidovara name and marks are owned by Tyler Michael Bosworth/Soul Consciousness Studios. Third-party trademarks retain their respective owners. See TRADEMARK_CLEARANCE_LOG.md and TRADEMARK_FILING.md for details.
Privacy
Eidovara's privacy practices are documented in PRIVACY.md. Key principles: local-first storage, visible permissions, HTTPS handoffs for research only, fail-closed network handling. What stays local vs what can leave is clearly documented.
