Age 18+ requirement
You must be 18 or older
Eidovara v1.0.0 is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. This 18+ restriction is enforced across all touchpoints and cannot be removed without owner involvement.

- Desktop UI — age gate blocks access until confirmation
- CLI — --age-gate flag required for 18+ features
- Kernel integration — 18+ flag in system calls
- Web presence — age.html statement on all pages
- LICENSE file — 18+ header and boundary
- TERMS.md — explicit 18+ acceptance
- AGE.md — dedicated age requirement document
Age confirmation
By using Eidovara, you confirm you are 18 or older. Local confirmation is not independent identity verification. The project owner (Tyler Michael Bosworth/Soul Consciousness Studios) retains final authority over age gate modifications.
Adult Mode triple gate
Beyond the base 18+ requirement, Adult Mode requires: (1) age confirmation 18+, (2) explicit enablement, (3) consent acknowledgment. All three must be satisfied.
No circumvention
Removing or bypassing the 18+ age gate violates the LicenseRef-Eidovara-Source-Available-1.0 license and Terms of use. The age gate is a non-removable boundary within the source-available framework.
Owner involvement required for changes
Any modification to the 18+ age requirement, including removal or relaxation, requires direct involvement from the project owner (Tyler Michael Bosworth). Community contributions cannot override this boundary.
This restriction is fundamental to the source-available, 18+ framework and is consistent across LICENSE, TERMS.md, AGE.md, and all code touchpoints.
